Amid the dedication and sacrifices of our military troops, our "Request a Care Package" initiative emerges as a channel to provide them with the comfort they deserve.
Please use the form below to sign up a Soldier, Marine, Sailor, or Airman currently deployed in a combat zone to receive a care packages.
Please try to be as accurate as possible when filling out the form. We will make every attempt to fix invalid addresses (USPS verifies all addresses and will reject them if not accurate). All troops currently serving in the U.S. military and are deployed to are eligible to receive care packages.
