Thank You National Charity League

What a joy it is to witness the mom and daughter teams from the National Charity League (NCL) come together in a whirlwind of activity as they pitch in to benefit our deployed troops.

The NCL, Folsom Chapter joined Troopathon to help with a huge packing party.  We rely on these young women and their patronesses to help fill our care packages with a big heaping helping of love from home, and they deliver!

The dedicated young ladies and their mothers of NCL help us with a variety of tasks, from assembling and taping boxes with our iconic Troopathon tape, to crafting heart-felt cards full of love and words of support, stuffing care packages full of goodies to enjoy and share and even stacking loaded packages onto waiting pallets for shipment.

Troopathon has found a fantastic community partnership with NCL’s Folsom Chapter who frequently supply us with volunteers from the Folsom chapter's 250 plus young ladies and their patronesses.

The girls and their mom’s really love the opportunity to volunteer with Troopathon. There are so many different jobs the girls can take part in during the care package process, there is really something for everyone to do and enjoy.

One big reward for the girls is knowing they can positively impact the lives of our troops. How exciting to know that because of their efforts, a soldier will soon enjoy a fantastic care package from the folks back home!

Thank you to our wonderful NCL volunteers! If you want to help you can sponsor a box today filled with treats and necessities our troops will enjoy.

Refreshing Fruit Cups for our Troops

Thanks to our friends at Pacific Coast Producers for the donation of 360 cases of mixed fruit cups packed in 100% fruit juice for our deserving troops to enjoy. With four fruit cups per package, which comes out to a whopping 8,640 individual tasty fruit cups to help power our troops with delicious freshly packed cups full of tasty cherries, pears, and peach chunks. Not to mention a nice serving of fresh fruit juice. Items like fruit cups may seem ordinary to us at home, but remember, our deployed troops simply do not always have access to such items so for these troops, it is a great treat plus a sweet reminder of the folks back home thinking and supporting them.
